Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

OATMEAL APPLE MUFFINS

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal flour, sugar, baking powder,
baking soda, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, mix the oil, egg, and Califia almond milk.
4. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
5. Add the diced apple and mix gently.
6. Pour the mixture into muffin molds until 2/3 full.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden.
8. Let cool before enjoying your delicious oatmeal apple muffins.

• 1 cup Bob's Red Mill oatmeal flour

Instructions:

1. Place the frozen papaya, pineapple, and mango in a blender.
2. Add the water or almond milk, honey (if desired), and lemon juice.

CAULIFLOWER BROWNIES

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 395°F.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Set aside for about 5 minutes to cool slightly.
3. Remove the King’s Crown cauliflower from the packaging and let it thaw. Once thawed, dry it as much as possible.
4. Place the cauliflower in a food processor and grind until it resembles flour.
5. In a deep bowl, combine the cauliflower, peanut butter, melted dark chocolate, and eggs. Mix until as smooth as possible.
6. Add the sugar, flour, and cocoa powder. Stir well until all ingredients form a uniform batter.
7. Grease an 11” x 7” baking dish with a little oil and pour in the batter. Top with the walnuts.
8. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes or until the batter is cooked through. To check if it’s done, insert a fork or toothpick; if it comes out wet, bake for longer.
9. Remove the brownies from the oven and let cool for about 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan to avoid breaking.
